Multi-location

Run four sites the way you ran one

30 July 2026

The second location is where most restaurant stacks break. The menu is copied, prices drift, permissions are set by hand and the owner ends up with two of everything.

One place to publish

Menus, prices and permissions are published from one place. Each site keeps its own service while the group keeps one set of numbers. When the price book changes, every register picks up the new version on sign-in.

Like-for-like comparison

Group net sales, covers and food cost sit on one view with each site listed underneath. Clifton against Gulberg, this week against last, by day, week or period, with exceptions listed next to the numbers rather than buried in a spreadsheet.

Role-based access per location

A manager at one site sees that site. A group operator sees all of them. Staff are tied to the register they use, and their clock-ins, permissions and exceptions are written to the shift.

Built for businesses that run on #Operations

Restaurant POS, multi-location operations, inventory control, payments and real-time reporting, all offline-ready. Most operators did not choose a fragmented stack. It accumulated, one tool per problem. SwiftScanPay brings them together.
